This group is accused of assaulting Serbian police in Dobrosin, Bujanovac
Otherwise, this group is also called “Freedom Movement” made up of Vallon Jashari, Skender Jashari, Gazmend Lakna, Gazmend Xhemshiri, Rejaj standing, Muhamed Aliu, Skender Selmani, Enver Mussalli, Abdullah Zogaj and Jebani are accused of committing terrorist acts in Serbia's state.
The Supreme Court through the judicial act issued on April 19, 2016, had turned the case into retrial until in 2013 the accused had been sentenced by the Constitutional Court in Gjilan to a total of 60 years in prison.
