Guided by software official at the US State Department, Phil Stitch, initiative has opened on Friday “TechCamp”, which has gathered about 60 participants from Kosovo and countries in the region.
Stitch in a proposal to the paper has said this initiative aims to help members of nongovernmental organisations, media and public institutions develop platforms that help establish institutional transparency and accountability.
