Moscow has been badly angered by Ramush Haradinaj's name lifted from Interpol's detention lists.
Russia is so angry that it has published on its propaganda page “Sputnik” A writing where the title is very wild: “That's why the US needs a man who has Serbian blood in his hands”. And as always used extremist Brankica Ristic to make a long party in the Serbian section of “Sputnik”
Russian portal writes that Ramush Haradinaj's “acquittal from Interpol charges is a US geostrategic interest in exercising its political goals”.
Marko Nikovic, head of the Association of Chiefs of Police in Serbia, says the <x0venging for the removal of Ramush Haradinaj's name from Interpol is a legal violation, as this can only be done by Serbia, which has imposed it”.
Following this Interpol decision, all names that are placed on the list to be banned are already free to travel outside Kosovo without any problems.
Kosovo Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri was the first to publish the news on the official road, which has angered Belgrade and Moscow.
Marko Nikovic, former Serbian chief police officer, declares on pages of “Sputnik” that “I believe this is the result of American pressure in Serbia to withdraw and guarantee. That is because it is inappropriate for someone participating in negotiations with Serbia to be on the list of fugitives”
“Sputnik” writes that this Interpol decision is likely to be appealed by Russia or China as soon as possible. “America needs Haradinaj as a free man, so that at this time they can fully participate in exercising their geo-strategic and political objectives“, Nikovic said.
Asked whether this will affect the special court case, Nikovic says: “if they have brought an American prosecutor, what is not expected. The release of all KLA leaders” is expected.
Lawyer Bozo Prelevic recalled that the French court's decision regarding Ramush Haradinaj was the basis of Interpol's recent decision.
“According to Interpol, Serbia's charges are not documented sufficiently, and this is said openly in the French court's ruling, so there has been no basis for doubt that it has committed these actions or crimes”, Prelevic said.
In fact, this argument of the renowned Belgrade lawyer is also the essence of this issue: arrest orders are legalally nol and as such they have already dropped.
