This comparison and the impact the non-investigation of these cases has caused the survivors to address in a report organisation “Amnesty International”.
The report stresses that victims continue to be marginalised and have no hope for justice.
Meanwhile, Igballe Rugova, head of the Women's Group Network, has said that victims of sexual violence during the war must gain confidence in order to apply for compensation.
