Kurt and Caday-Bujupi continued detention, while the next session was scheduled to be held on 20 December this year.
The VV says the case judge, Becir Kaluldra, was unable today to bring Kadri Veselin under obligation to testify, as well as MP Armend Zemajn, thus resusciating the judicial connection with Wessel.
Here's the full reaction:
In the political trial taking place on Republican Parliament deputies; Albin Kurti, Donika Qadaj, Albulen Haxhiu; Judge Becir Kaluldra remanded custody for Albin Kurti and Donika Kadaj until he was able to order the forced conduct of Kadri Veselin and Armen Zemaj in the quality of witnesses. Already, the bias of this specialised judge against V It's even more obvious. He doesn't hide his side.
Kalundra only tries to hide the expose of his actions. Nor did the media today allow them to broadcast this political persecution directly.
Continued detention for MPs until December 20th is unacceptable, scandalous and disfigured of justice. The decision on continuing detention, Kaluldra received only a few moments after being threatened by MP Albulen Haxhiu with the expressions: “I will take word and sentence”, citing the nervous and the criminal pretence it has raised V EAST TO him!
