Kadri Wikimer, who is already late, has not yet been removed from the indictment, even though the Court of Appeals has requested that.
Special Prosecutor Fikriye Feyzullahu said she would soon remove Ukimeri from the indictment.
The “should have changed the indictment because there can't be an indictment against a deceased person. It's irrational to remain like the co-ordination that has an indictment against the dead”, prosecutor Fyzullahu said.
The prosecutor then asked for a 15-minute pause to remove Ukimer from the indictment device.
Ramadan Muja was later acquitted.
Your Honored Chief of the Court does not accept the acts, I am not guilty, I have not done any criminal work, but I have done human work because I have opened about 220 new jobs” Moja said in his statement about guiltyness”, said MUja when it was declared in connection with guilt.
