Rama says Lulzim Basha rejects agreement to justify losing elections

“We have never had an agreement on who will lose or who will take what of the elections, because it would be determined by the Albanian people. The most desperate way to justify a loss that had all the reasons to come is to refuse defeat and to bring back another mud to the opponent without sparing Albania.
