This message, the ambassadors of these states that are in Kosovo have conveyed to Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, a day after the attempt was made that, through the request of 43 signatories, the extraordinary session to abolish this law is called.
In an interview for Kosovo Press, the executive head, however, says he will respect any decision brought by Parliament.
The “have demanded that this initiative be halted, so not to proceed further, lest the abolition of the Special Law, which is actually expected, when we know the relationship, we know the reports with them, the expected”, Haradinaj said.
As for the opposition charges that Prime Minister Haradinaj along with President Hashim Thaci and Chief Parliamentary Kadri Wessel have been the inventors of this and stand behind our petition OVL to The KLA, Haradinaj, said it does not understand those accusations of a stance that has not changed.
Today's <x0). Before we were in opposition, we, Vetevendosje, Initiative, three opposition parties have voted against, our position has been public, has changed that stance, when we were in opposition or now. We do not take such action for the sake of someone or because of an individual's resentment. What we believe is right for the country we respect, and so we act”, Haradinaj stressed.
The chief of executives has added that the party he heads would vote for, because their stand against this Court has not changed, despite his leading Government.
“Aleca and I have voted against when the Court was founded because it brings Kosovo into an uneven and difficult position in the international image. We have then estimated that the judgment should take place in the country and today we are for that, that Kosovo does not run out of justice, but these will happen in the country”, he stressed.
After signing 43 deputies of office last night, an extraordinary session was requested to vote on the law, which would abolish the current law for the Special Court.
Asser against this initiative, US Ambassador Grad Delawi, Great Britain's Ruari O'Connell and EU representatives in Kosovo have emerged.
As the ruling parties' games have called the two opposition parties LDK and Vetevendosje, whose representatives have not participated in the Parliament's chairmanship, which has been unable to make quorum to set the Assembly session.
