The good news, however, is that an expert has discovered an intensive three-minute routine, which is as effective as 30 minutes in the gym, broadcasts Telegraph.
Australian physicist Kusal Goonewardena says intensive exercises for a short amount of time will provide the same benefits as a modest 30-minute session in the gym.
It suggests a session of high-tensity interval exercises (HIIT), where you reach 85 percent of maximum tension in three minutes.
You can do this by doing rope exercise, dancing, or running sprinkling.
The exercise is especially perfect for those who want to have a shape but who do not promise time.
A HIIT routine involves a high intensity exercise of between 20 and 40 seconds, followed by a short period of rest. This should be repeated about 10 times.
