Minister for European Integration, Gift Hoxha, has indicated that, with the entry into force of the SAA agreement, Kosovo has embarked on many different reform processes in many segments, while stressing that the political class in Kosovo needs to be unified for ratification of the demarcation.
According to her, it is very important for Kosovo to produce results and implement the SAA's programme as much as possible.
The Ministry of Integration has planned a new communication strategy to inform citizens of EU integration processes, but we do not want to create false expectations”, Hoxha says.
Minister Hoxha says she is a follower of EU entry as the package of Balkan countries, which are not yet part of the EU.
Speaking of the benefits of this integration, Minister Hoxha cites improving the welfare of citizens, the more sustainable development of the economy, rule of law, empowerment of our producers, and so on.
“also, there are benefits for young people, to have better educational opportunities at EU universities”, Hoxha has shown on Rokum TV.
Minister Hoxha has also talked about the visa liberalisation issue, calling on political leaders in Kosovo to conduct the demarcation.
Kosovo's <x0-class political class must be unified to ratify the demarcation with Montenegro, in order for citizens to move freely to the EU”, she says.
Hoxha acknowledges that the demarcation as a condition for visa liberalisation is not fair.
