The chief of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in the Assembly, Memli Krasniqi, says the demarcation with Montenegro does not have the votes for ratification in the Assembly.
“A will be enough these votes I'm not sure. There must be 2/3 of the Parliament, and with attitudes expressed so far, it seems there are not”, Krasniqi told Dukajni television.
But the deputy head of The PDK stresses that this will not affect the coalition they have with the Alliance for New Kosovo and other parties.
Our “Dates as to the demarcation issue are not new. There are differences that have been there for years and they continue to exist. They have not been an obstacle to forming the coalition, nor will they be obstacles to the coalition's continuation. It's a fundamental issue that we wanted to or didn't want to connect with Kosovo citizens' strategic right to move freely across Europe, and this is not a question that depends on us for our bad fate, but it is a matter that depends on those who make the rules in the case of visa liberalisation, and these are the European Union”, Krasniqi said.
