Learning which MP collected signatures for the session where the abolition of the Special would be voted on

On Friday, during the second reading of the 2018 Budget Bill, the deputy The PDK, Nat Hasani, took the initiative to collect signatures to call an extraordinary session, which would be held that same night to vote on the abolition of the Special Court.

Kadrijaj has said that the Special Court could not be formed, because according to her, its powers to condemn acts for war crimes have also had W. NMIC with EULEX.

We were very aware of what we were signing. You know the AAK's position that has been against the Special Court because it is meaningless to be an ethnic court. U n NMIC and EULEX have had competencies for condemning acts allegedly committed crimes”, MP Kadrijaj has said.

“I have thought that with the formation of the Special Court Kosovo would lose credibility internationally, as it will speak of the crimes the KLA has committed. The NLA has fought fairly and is a great injustice to this plea. If it has the same initiative, I'll sign it again. Even if there is any change in the paragraph, whatever procedure I will support”, the AAK deputy has added, which does not know whether this special abolition initiative has been launched by President Hashim Thaci.

I can't prejudge if Thaci put pressure on this initiative. The signatures were of the deputies who signed voluntarily, there was no pressure for signing, it was signed with full awareness”, stressed Time Kadrijaj.
