During the trial hearing under way at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, LDK deputy Naser Osmani has been declared in the quality of the failure to attack tear gas in the Kosovo Assembly.

After the end of Osman's statement, which stated that no one knows who has thrown tear gas and that camera footage exists, the question from the accused is continuing.

Osman, who was quoted in the police as saying it was MP Albin Kurti who had thrown tear gas, has been asked by the latter if they personally attacked MPs.

Have we attacked you personally? Are you looking for medical assistance?

In this case Osman has responded to” not”, but he said they were not personally attacked or sought medical assistance.

The trial session is continuing until some of the witnesses who were presented were in the hall, are not there.
