For several years, the transformation of KSF into Armed Forces has become one of the most controversial topics in Kosovo but also outside it. And that still remains pending.
But, despite political developments, the KSF is emerging professionally every day, reaching to be the most reliable institution in the country. So says KSF Commander-in-chief General Tman Rama.
Meanwhile, Kosovo, according to him, is delaying to establish its army.
