According to this newspaper, the main obstacle to continuing negotiations is Pristina's insistence on including the US for which there is no reconciliation in Brussels.
Whether there will be efforts for the format of dialogue to go in this direction, from Belgrade it has already been warned that the participation of Russia's representative, and for this green signal, has been given last week by Russian President Putin during his meeting with Serbian Mayor Vuciq.
Aleksandar Vuciq, as quoted, has said that “the continuation of the dialogue related to participants will be as Serbia says, because it offers compromise“.
In Brussels it is said briefly that “work in the new phase of dialogue for the overall normalisation of relations between Serbia and Kosovo is continuing”.
