He said that not the American people have withdrawn from this agreement but President Donald Trump.
In a media statement at the “Summit a Planet” held in Paris, France, Kerry said that “If you're observed by science, understanding and developed works, this is a shame for the US. The Paris Agreement for Kliman is not a one-year agreement, but the result of a 26-year study, but it was discredited by people who do not understand science”.
Kerry has also added that this agreement has not attracted the American people, but Trump, and has further criticised sending a single US representative to this Sam.
US President Trump had not been invited to the second anniversary of the Paris Agreement on Climate.
At the summit, organised by France, the United Nations, and the World Bank, heads of state and government representatives and representatives from some 100 countries are participating.
