The Election Panel for Ancessa and Parashtres days ago made a decision that the municipality of Istog will go to revote for the second round, which he strongly opposed The AAK, which in this municipality ran with Guni Dresey against LDK candidate Haki Rugova.
This PZAP decision has reacted to the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, which has sent a complaint to the Supreme Court yesterday, rejecting revote.
The AAK after handing over the complaint has voiced confidence that the Supreme Court will change PZAP's decision and confirm the results of the November 19th elections, where Dresaj came out.
Regarding the AAK's complaint review, President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo Enver Peci has said in a proposal for Indexline that it is working in this direction.
He has stressed that judges from morning on are dealing with this subject, which he said he does not know when the decision will be made.
“Landa is under consideration, there is still no decision on this case because judges are working on it. I don't know how much complications there are in case I tell you the deadline when the decision will be made, it depends on the college of judges who are looking at the subject from the morning, the result of which I don't yet know”, Peci said.
