(9 years ago)The preliminary results released by the CEC are released by Hakki Rugova of the LDK winner of the Istog municipality. According to these results, Hakki Rugova has 51.1 per cent of the vote. And Gani Dresey of AAK received 48.9 percent. The difference between the candidates is 200 votes in favour of Rugova.
