Investigations begin on the possibility of counterfeiting maps by past commission for demarcation

The prosecution has confirmed that it has launched investigations into the possibility of counterfeiting maps by the past Government Commission. The Kosovo Assembly has already stopped proceeding with the draft demarcation law with Montenegro at the Assembly session, until it receives an answer from the Prosecutor for investigations into the possibility of counterfeiting maps by the last government commission.
State attorney confirmed it. RTK is still in the phase of verifications of the claims filed.
By means of an electronic response, state prosecutor officials have indicated that the prosecutor will verify all preemptive evidence and if elements of any criminal act are found, followed according to official duty, he will take appropriate legal action.
The state prosecutor has not indicated when he will come up with data in case he had a false map submitted in the Commission's report led by Murat Meha.
