A 40-year-old declared in search has been in police handcuffs.
Experts in the Bureau for Investigation of Narcotics and Illegal Traffics at the Elbasan Police Local Directorate, in co-operation with Interpol Tirana and the FNSH, have detained and banned an internationally declared citizen.
The Word of Faithful Citizen CAPJA (Alias Loyal BY LYUK, Clayton P RIFTI), 40 years old, born in Elbasan and inhabited by Elbasan.
According to the police, the capture of this citizen, who was monitored by experts on the Narcotics Investigation in D.V. P. Elbasan, done at some point at a sports point on “Youth”, in the neighborhood “Visarion Juwani” Elbasan.
This citizen, dated 28,11,2017, had been declared internationally in search by Interpol Rome, Italy, after:
Judicial authorities in Turin, Italy, with no decision. SIEP 431/2017, the date 01.06.2017, has been sentenced to 6 years and 4 months in prison for committing the criminal offence of “A criminal organisation for the purpose of trafficking narcotics”, envisioned by articles 110 of the Italian Penal Code and Article 73 of the law 30990.
During the period 01.06,2011 to 16,11,2011, in Turin, Santena, this citizen has been in the quality of a member of the criminal organization with a view to trafficking large quantities of cocaine-like drugs.
