It was 2012 when young people from Kosovo head towards war grounds in Syria and Iraq to line up with Isis and Al Nusra. The Middle East was their new lifebed.

It's about more than 300 Kosovo citizens who took the road.

From 2012 until now, Kosovo police launched investigations into about 400 people suspected of inciting to Syria and spreading dangerous religious ideas.

In addition to men, women and children had gone there. Some of the children were even born at the sound of war grenades.

The number of those who are now in these hearths is smaller, but the risk of their lives is great.

It went... in one July it hit two years, it went off in three, because it didn't know where it went, it was the mother, who asked to remain anonymous.

She has told of the “show”, that her 28-year-old daughter wanted to return to Kosovo, but that this did not happen.

She can't tell from there, you know, she's right now, she's got to give birth for months. When he spoke to the Thursday, he said he couldn't go out and we're gone, and now he's born, whether he's born or not we don't know when you're going to see”

Naser Deva of the Peja Community also shows that he did not know that his son, Father and Deva, had traveled to Syria.

The state had to show its strong hand to take action and not let them go there”

For the return of children of these parents, the call has also made the first of the Kosovo government, Ramush Haradinaj. But his warning is that they will follow the law.

The spread of Islamic ideology is not made in the name of religion, it is not made in the name of Islam, and it is not intended for religion, but it is a dangerous agenda that endangers Cosova”, Haradinaj has said.

In 2015, the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo also adopted the Law on Banning the Union in Army Conflicts Out of the Territory of the country where Article 3 of this law Point 3 envisions that “Whoever participates in the military or foreign police, in foreign paramilitary or pre-police formations, in group organisation or individually, in any form of armed conflicts outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, is sentenced to imprisonment of three to fifteen to 11x1>.

For the reintegration of these people, the Government of Kosovo has also drafted strategies that will deal with their customisation, as well as the integration of these people professionally.

Kosovo is willing to welcome these people, we have also prepared strategy... and I can also say that there will be no tolerance against those who violated the law that recruited and manipulated Kosovars in their departure from their country to fight in foreign war and to join terrorist organisations... Anyone who has come up against the law will face the law”, Lulzim Fushtica, national co-ordinator of prevention of extremism, has said.

As a result of the criminal persecution of these people, they have been locked up in their circles, trying to protect themselves from any outside contact.

The show “countries” has also contacted many families of people who have been in Syria in war zones, but they have refused to be promoted for us. Their answers are: We're tired of the media, the police and the links being made.

“But I know you have the data that we've been killed there because this guy's being touched that he's under investigation, that we can't tell him that he's got this guy there (Siri), and the other one we've got, that we don't want one more word about when he's got faith, that 100 of us have invented it, that when we're done, we're done,

To date, 123 people from war zones have returned to Kosovo. While 155 people are imprisoned as a result of spreading radical ideas.

But the numbers of those still in war zones are greater.

Currently, there continue to be 60 men from Kosovo, 41 women, as well as 95 children, where 40 of them were born in the war zone.

But, in the news about Kosovo in the world media, only numbers of about 300 Kosovars in Syria are always mentioned. In fact, more than half of them there were women and children, which make them useless to war.

The figure of those who had gone to fight in foreign wars accounts for about 200 men, while now there are about 60 men still in Syria. Of the total number of past people killed about 71 men

But even though these persons are seen as dangerous by foreign security affairs connoisseurs, for representatives of the Islamic Community, Kosovo now faces a new challenge, their return to the country.

“I think that despite the fact that those persons are there with or without their will, it is the Kosovo government's duty in partnership with friendly countries to make it possible to bring them back to their seats”, Sabri Bajgora, representative of the Islamic Community of Kosovo (BIK), has said.

Integration of these people will be difficult for the country. That's how connoisseurs think. The government of Kosovo has seen to it that for their reintegration, it will engage the country's mother, an act that has been hailed by the Islamic Community.

“We have assigned a group of 24 theologians to be appearances in corrective homes in order to try to work with them and turn them away from the extremist ideas they had in the past”, Bajgora said.

But is such a form of reintegration effective?

I don't think it's enough for them to get a proper interpretation of the Koran, but to deal with both sociologist and psychologist, because they've also participated in wars that have left an impact on”, said Nireddin Ibishi, the expert of security issues in the country.

While Arife Muji from the Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (QKSS), thinks such a form will be problematic, as they were radicalised by imams.

And then it takes a lot of caution for those involved in this system, we have an imam, who have embraced radical ideas, and these people are very dangerous, but it's also important that they get involved because the imams can publish the explanation of religion or the cure in the right way”.

Sübel Halimi, a sociologist, says that these people will primarily have to deal with sociologists and psychologists.

For him, the imam involvement in their reintegration is without any positive effect.

She says that in addition to those who are now serving prison sentences, the primary priority is that sociologist and psychologists deal with the circles of these families and society in general.
