Kosovo's Statistics Agency has published short-term retail trade statistics for the third quarter of this year, which notes that in the third quarter, compared to the second quarter, there has been an increase in retail trade not in stores, stalls or markets for 16.9%.
The increase was also in the retail trade of IT and communication equipment in specialised stores for 2.8%, retail trade and other household equipment in specialised stores for 2.3%, retail and fuel trade for vehicles in specialised stores for 1.6%.
In the retail trade of cultural goods and entertainment, however, there is no difference.
According to the AKS, the decline is noted in retail trade in non-specialised stores (2.7%), the retail trade of food products, beverages and tobacco in specialised stores (0.8%) and retail and other goods in specialised stores (0.5%).
“The retail trade of cultural goods and entertainment, in specialised stores (34.3%); Minor trade in food products, beverages and tobacco in specialised stores (22.4%); Sales not in shops, stalls or markets (22.4%); Fuel retail trade for vehicles in specialised stores (17.3%); Retail trade in non-specialised stores (11.8%); and retail trade and IT and communication equipment -- in specialised stores (2.7%). But the decline is marked at: The retail trade of other goods, in specialised stores (0.9%); and retail trade and other household equipment, at specialised stores (0.6%)”, is said in an ASS communique.
