Government publishes all commission material led by Bulliqi

This has been distributed by the committee member Florim Isufi. It has shown that the material on the Web site of the Government of Kosovo constitutes the Report, Science and Effective Control and Atlas A1.

“Raporti contains the assessment of the former Commission's work. Effective paperwork and control constitute the former Commission's processes and communications of the current commission with relevant institutions, while effective control contains original documentation proving the exercise of control of Kosovo's KSA authorities on territory, which could remain under Montenegro's administration. Atlas A1 has high quality and contains many maps, schemes and profiles that confirm the movement of the border line at the expense of Kosovo. Maps are used atlas just to prove that the border line has moved, not to show where it should be, because this commission does not have the mandate to make a new border line”, Isufi indicated.

According to him, the Commission's work on Marking and Maintaining the Border Line is clearly defined with law No. 04/L-72 for State Border Control and Supervision, Article 40, where the Commission's competencies and the form of work for demarcation, not demitation, are clarified.

“Please download documentation and analyse the details to understand the truth directly and clearly on the border line between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro”, he has said.
