Father kicks his son just because he couldn't get up out of the snow

A father in Kyrgyzstan was filmed by a person kicking his son just because he couldn't get up in the snow after he fell.

This man is about 50, but the police still haven't discovered his identity, and right after reporting from local media, he's been arrested by police, writes the DailyMail, broadcast Koha.net.
