This is his full post.
In 2015 The Constitutional Court in Pristina had condemned a citizen B.J. 400 euros for use of tear gas in closed spaces of a shopping centre in Pristina. This verdict was later confirmed by the Court of Appeals where expertise states:
“...gas which has been used on the critical day of the accused does not allow game and can only tear from this gas and that it is part of light gases and that it does no harm to life or to human health”.
So in Kosovo, when the citizen uses gas for private interests he doesn't have a day in prison and gets fined only, but when MPs use gas to protect the republic they are held months in prison. The authors of this injustice are the greatest opponents of the state and of the Republic of Kosovo.
