Defense requires the release of Albin Kurti and Donika Caday-Bujupi

The defence says they have fired the reasons for being their clients still in custody.

Hediye Ademi, the lawyer of Albi Kurti, has said that in this case it is not criminal acts but political convictions.

According to her, the prosecution has failed to prove that Albin Kurti has committed the burdensome criminal act.

She demanded that Albin Kurti be declared innocent, and has also demanded that the detention measure be interrupted, since from now on his presence at the session does not prevent criminal procedure.

Otherwise three days ago, the Court ruled to extend Kurti's detention and Caday-Buyup for another month.
