Michael Quipi has been released from all points of the indictment. He was accused of planning to kill the Deputy Alternative, Mimoza Kusari-Lila and Prenk Radin.
“The Founding Court in Gjakova, the Sand Crimes Department, today on December 18, 2017, LIRO of all the points of the indictment, Mr. Michael Qupi, who by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo was charged with attempted murder of Mrs. Mimoza Kusari '% Lila and Mr. Prenk Radi”, his lawyer, Besnik Berisha, has announced via Facebook.
This indictment was based entirely on a fictional story, by a self-declared mercenary, and unfortunately believed in the whole of the prosecution, which failed to prove something that had allegedly written”, wrote lawyer Berisha.
