The demarcation agreement with Montenegro will go to the Assembly in mid-February, and most recently in June, Kosovo will be stripped of the visa regime.
In such a stance, Kosovo's first deputy prime minister and once foreign affairs minister Behxhet Pacolli are continuing to insist.
Although it disagrees with the EU condition, for demarcation it invites MPs to vote on it.
He has told Tribuna Channel that the year 2018 will be a year of challenges, but also great achievements included in visas.
But Life Krasniqi from KDI says the conditions which are required on the part of the EU as demarcation and fighting corruption cannot be overcome in such a short time term.
The foreign affairs minister also talked about dialogue with Serbia, which he said should be everyone's commitment. Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said visa liberalisation will happen in March of next year. Also, according to him, the Kosovo Army will be formed this same month.
