He made this known about Indexline, lawyer Naim Ruhari.
Rudari has confirmed that they have already made the decision and that today they will file their complaint as a safeguard.
We have made the decision and the move has been under way for two months. We will now hand over the complaint because detention is envisioned to continue the maxumim eight months before the indictment arises and it can be continued outside this rule unless delays are due to the prosecution's cause, and in this case we consider that complaints have been filed due to the delays of prosecution”, Rudari said, writes Indexline.
Rudari has also said that there have been procedural violations in the case of his clients.
“against all that is inconsistent with the Court's own verdict.
My client, Avni Llumnica, is in charge of criminal activity -- murder of senior Kosovo representatives, which are precisely inexplicably clarified by law as to who are senior state representatives, and while talking only about lawyer Azem Vlasi”, Rudari added.
It has to be added that attorney Vlass was injured in the courtyard of his office, while suspects are accused of being part of the People's Office organisation.
