The defendants L.P. has been assigned detention measures in length of 1 (one) month and that starting on a date. 11,12,2017 to dt.11.01.2018.
The court has found there are circumstances showing the danger that if the defendant is found in freedom he could be concealed, purposely escaped from criminal responsibility, and request for the appointment of the detention measure against indictees L. P is the adequate and necessary measure in this phase of the criminal procedure, for ensuring the presence of the defendant in criminal procedure and the unhindered development of the procedure.
The defendant L.P. allegedly did. 09.12.2017, in Pristina, has deprived the minor US of life. P, due to a dispute between them, therefore allegedly committed a serious murder offense by Article 179 par.1 points of KKP.
The side is eligible against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal, the media communiqué said.
