The KOMF emphasises that it has conducted broad consultation with specialised field member organisations and states that no voting of this administration will produce stagnation and not advance the inclusive educational system for children.
According to the NGO coalition for child protection, the non-vote of this administration by MPs is in full opposition to the children's best interest, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, and the Law on Pre-university Education.
The KOMF calls for a review of the budget for 2018 to be included and voted into a state obligation to protect children.
