Thus, despite the reputation that cheese has high fat rates, a new study suggests that those who regularly eat right may be healthier.
Researchers have estimated 15 previous studies from Europe and the United States that had monitored the diets and health of more than 200,000 people.
During tests, they had discovered that people who eat cheese regularly, about 40g a day, had had had 14 percent less risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, while their chances of having heart attacks had been 10 percent smaller.
Scientists believe that cheese contains full fatty acids that prevent the clogging of arteries.
