Release from customs taxes on January 1st for raw materials, semi-production, production lines and technology equipment is considered delayed but necessary by business representatives.
Following the prolonged delays in entering into force of these measures, they have called on the Government and other institutions responsible for their implementation to take the necessary steps so that there will be no more prolongim, Koha Ditore writes today.
Although they have considered it a relief measure, they are not enough to make more competitive with products in the region and beyond.
The Ministry of Finance in the new fiscal measures, in addition to release from customs taxes, has also seen the release of the excise tax of all producers, regardless of whether they import themselves or through contractors for all energy sources that were used as aids to the production process, such as mazuti, gas and oil.
