New bike lanes in Tirana (Photo) look like this

The municipality of Tirana, implementing a stable transport strategy in the capital, envisions systems of road and sidewalk infrastructure, according to the principle of spreading the surface of the road for each user by prioritising the means of public service, bicycle movement and foot movement. Tirana already resembles European cities.
