Arba Abashi urges PZAP to have recount in Pristina

The candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) for Pristina chairman Arba Abashi does not intend to halt his call for a complete recount of the votes in Pristina.

That is because he is convinced that there have been vote manipulations by the Vetevendosje Movement in Pristina.

Arba Abrashi and LDK have already been addressed officially to the Election Panel for Ances and Parashtre ( PZAP with a request to protect electoral rights from violations during the runoff of November 19th 2017.

“Political Subject “Determination” through persons and organisations (OJQ) fantomically and through the use of road/tax transport services has adversely influenced the free will of citizens with the right to vote in the Pristina Community by organising citizens to their seats in the vote.
With these conscious actions of the highest representatives of the political subject “Vetevendosje” through persons/sypatizans and their members in an organized way which actions have been publicly accepted by the chairman of the political subject “Vetevendosje”, zt. Through the complaint Abrashi claims that the electoral right of the political subject candidate “Democratic Order of Kosovo” has been violated in that way since the political subject “Vetevendosje” certain actions have been taken that severely violate fundamental constitutional and legal principles related to the elections.

All these irregularities have made that the vote has not been equal, secret and free in the concrete case is subject to complaint because there is evidence that a political subject, “Determination” , has made the transfer of voters, while there is no public evidence that other parties have done so as the chairman of the subject “Determis” zt> Vicar Imer.
