What Albulen Haxhiu declared before the court

Vetevendosje Movement MP Albulen Haxhiu, who is accused of throwing tear gas into the Assembly, said in her statement before the court that the opposition by its actions has banned the forgiveness of Kosovo territory and its Bosniakisation.

Haxhiu has called the actions of opposition deputies political, saying they have respected the parliamentary oath, which he says is proud of.

With full responsibility, I say that if those actions were not in the Assembly today, they would also suffer the consequences from the forgiveness of the territory and the Bosniakisation of Kosovo, so as representatives of the people I am proud to have managed to stop these two projects despite challenges that it has not been easy to deal with police and detention measures, but we have taken action as the Constitution says until self-esteem”, Haxhi said.

Haxhiu added that for the border line demarcation agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro and for the establishment of the Serb majority municipalities, no one has been asked the Parliament's deputies at all, and that Hashim Thaci has signed agreements when Kosovo's Assembly was on vacation.
