28% of UP professors have published at least once in suspicious magazines

O The RCA has based its research on the Law provisions for Higher Education and Statistics of the University of Pristina. And for the evaluation of scientific magazines, O The RCA has used Transparency Principles compiled by some of the largest scientific publishing organisations, as well as the Bealli List for magazines and suspicious publishers.
Data is presented as: 28% of UP's professors have published at least once in suspicious journals; 72% of professors do not justify their academic titles under the provisions in force; as well as specific data for each Pristina University faculty in terms of scientific publication and title justification.
This report also presents unique data regarding the total number of scientific publications in Universities.
Professor Jeffrey Beall, founder of Bealli's List for questionable magazines and publishers, was also present in the presentation of the report.
