Kosovo police, starting on November 3rd, have conducted a broad police operation in all areas of Kosovo with the aim of identifying and preventing various criminal acts.
The integration of the operational plan called “Vjesta 2017 has resulted in 30 different locations, with four of them closed by municipal inspectors and fined for lack of fiscal crates, lack of work documents, etc.
Under this operation, five suspected persons have been arrested for possession of firearms, cases administered at the local police level, as long as two pistols, three rounds, ammunition, military knives and a small bag of suspected narcotics and marijuana.
It is reported that in all locations where police controls were exercised, 212 women were legitimised, under suspicion of lack of work documentation, where 123 were citizens of Albania, 1 Montenegro, 2 Macedonia and 86 of Kosovo.
As police announce, all foreign nationals in the absence of presenting work permits and residence will be treated by the KK's Migration Directorate, which is in the process of managing subjects in question.
This extensive police operation has been carried out in co-operation and co-ordination, even with competent prosecutors, ATK, the Labour Inspectorate and the Sanitary Inspectorate of local levels, broadcasts Klan Kosova.
