In Squirew Klodernica, yesterday the pain was the last goodbye, Edison Abbas, the 25-year-old who lost his life working on a channel in the village of Lausa in this municipality.
The family claims he worked without any security, so the case will be sent to court. Meanwhile, the Labour Inspectorate has launched investigations and increased inspections, RTK reports.
This week's first day of work was the last for Edison Abbas from the village of Klodernica of Skyeraj. Other workers' attempts to get it out of the channel were impossible. Witnesses behind the camera suspect that the collapse of the earth may have occurred as a result of a small earthquake until the deceased was in the canal about 13 feet [4 m] deep. Edison's family says it will demand justice to the end because they suspect that their family member lost his life due to a lack of job security.
This is where the guilt is, not the employer, because the employer steps down in Germany and everywhere. I have to keep the law from my employer who kept my security at work”, said the Abazi Union, the uncle of the deceased, who was hardly holding back tears from this family tragedy.
Meanwhile, at the Labour Inspectorate in the Ministry of Labour and Social Management, they claim they are investigating the case. They warn the company of measures in line with the findings to be summed up in the report. Also, based on recent job deaths, inspections will increase. Let's remember that 14 people lost their lives this year at the workplace, five more than last year.
