After a several-year study of 131,401 people also came up with the results of the benefits or ills that tea and coffee can bring to our body.
People who often consumed coffee (4 cups a day) had been more endangered by cardiovascular diseases and especially those who smoked. In fact, the amount of consumed tobacco grows to a fair sharing of coffee.
Something else was observed among tea drinkers. Those who consumed many were less likely to die from heart disease than those who did not. On the other hand, those who drank more tea consumed less tobacco.
No doubt about scientists. Tea consumers reduced death from cardiovascular diseases to 24% compared with coffee consumers. Tea lovers have a generally healthier life than others.
