Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has withdrawn the proposed names for the Jurisprudence Commission, whose chairman the commission was nominated chief prosecutor Alexander Lumezi.
This has happened after investigations into allegations of counterfeiting in the law-testing file of Chief Lumez Prosecutor is not complete.
I have waited for the investigation procedure that has begun against Lumez to be completed so far. Since it has not yet been completed, now is the time to enter the parliamentary commission, on the commission for mandates, so as not to have Kosovo's Parliamentary deputies in question, due to allegations brought about by the chief prosecutor, I have decided to temporarily withdraw him from parliamentary procedure, not to enter into the agenda until I conclude the investigations that concern the case, said Tahira for Gazeta Express.
