Experts' teams from Belgrade and Pristina held their last meeting in Brussels several years ago.
The US Embassy in Pristina has since insisted that Haradinaj's Government and Kosovo Serbs begin a dialogue for the drafting of the Serbian Communists' Statut and Association.
And while there is no announcement of dates for continuing dialogue, the two negotiating parties accuse each other of delay, reports “b92”, Periscopi broadcast.
We all know who prevents the establishment of ZSO. I call on the international community to pressure to finally start the dialogue process”, says Srdjan Popovic from the Serbian List.
Pristina currently does not have a platform for a new phase of dialogue, while Belgrade is launching an internal dialogue on Kosovo, Hashim Thaci urges Kosovo institutions to begin forming Serb majority Asociations and municipalities.
Kosovo's “Institutions should form the Association, which is the responsibility and obligation of our Brussels Agreement institutions. This decision should be in line with Kosovo laws and the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision”, Thaci said.
The new Kosovo government has no portfolio responsible for the dialogue with Belgrade. Parliamentary groups in the Kosovo Assembly are calling on parliament to discuss future dialogue issues.
The “must change the format of negotiations, we are for a dialogue that is not against our country, there should be transparency, and the negotiating team will inform Kosovo's Parliament of possible agreements”, Ahmet Isufi, Kosovo's parliamentary deputy from the Alliance's ranks for the Future of Kosovo, said./Periscopi/
