First request for the release of Sadri Ramabaya comes, here's who wrote the letter to Prosecutor Syla Hoxha's Gykat

Open letter to the Special Court in Pristina and prosecutor Silas Hoxha.

Many honoured prosecutor Syla Hoxha, very honoured judges and judges at the Special Court in Pristina. Since October 8, 2017, it has been deprived of freedom, Dr. Sadri Ramabaya. Dr. Ramabaja is in custody. In the three - page indictment, Dr. Sadri Ramabaja is charged with planning murders of high-ranking Kosovo Republic officials and throughout Kosovo.” He allegedly prepared terrorist acts against the constitutional and security order of the Republic of Kosovo. For all who know Social Democrats personally, Dr. Sadri Ramabaja these charges sound absurd. The act against Dr. Ramabaya is politically motivated.

Random circumstances: In March of this year, Kosovo Albanian Murat Jashari fired against Azem Vlasi at his lawyer's office in Pristina. Azem Vlases was wounded in the arm. The author of the work for many years is under psychological treatment in Switzerland. Since the incident, the Kosovo Prosecutor's Office drafted an organisation speculated on the name “During this time a large number of Kosovo media pressed charges as if behind this attack remain known individuals who for years were forced to remain in migration. Azem Vlasi (former leader of the League of Communists of Kosovo, as well as senior leader of Yugoslav youth) has been accusing by means of the press, Dr. Sadri Ramabaya for “co-ordinating attack”. Evidence of such claims has not even presented Azem Vlasi (now government adviser) nor prosecutor Silas Hoxha. They own only one so-called tissue. They refer to a preferred tourist restaurant, Restoran Caffe Villa Panorama in Pristina's peripheral neighbourhoods. The prosecutor claims that two days before the attack, otherwise executed amateurally, “Sadri Ramabaja is seen in Villa Panorama on the outskirts of Pristina along with Murat Jasharin”. This fact neither represents a test nor an indifference to take seriously. Dr. Ramaba was familiar with Murat Yashri since his tenure in Switzerland. Neither does Dr. Ramabaya has provided a weapon to Murat Jashar. His accusation, Mr. The prosecutor runs it against an academic and a Social Democrat. And his argument is that Dr. Ramaba is not an argument. Political prisoners under state protection have already died in Kosovo. This was true in the case of Astrit Dehar from VV (The Movement for Vetevendosje) in Prizren's Investigative Prison on November 5, 2016. In the opinion of all independent experts, Astrit Dehari died, not from suicide, but through outside exercise of violence, and therefore, through a politically ordered murder. The charge against Dr. Ramabaya has no basis. Release Dr. Ramabaya! On the contrary, you would risk winning Europe the same reputation that Turkish dictator Erdogan's Special Tribunal has won.
