Prior to the count of three votes, LDK's Haki Rugova led 671 votes against AAK's Gani Drashaj, but this result has already changed in favour of the latter.
From conditional and mail vote count, Dresaj so far has received 1394vota, while Rugova only 60.
Meanwhile, LDK chief Isa Mustafa has said the election process is Istog has been manipulated.
