Directors of the Counting and Results Centre have announced there are about 12,000 conditional votes, votes by mail and votes of persons with special needs, which will then start counting in two or three days.
Co-ordinator at the Counting and Results Centre, Burim Ahmetaj, has told Kosovo Press that initially it will become the scan of fair voters, then verification of conditional votes will be made, where those voting twice will leave the list.
According to him, the provisional vote count, the vote by mail and votes of persons with special needs will begin after two or three days.
He has said there are about 1,800 votes in Pristina involving those on bail, by mail and persons with special needs. In Prizren, however, there are about 1,600.
