Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has arrived in Brussels on Thursday afternoon, where he will meet with European Union leaders.
Kosovo's chief of executive has passed borders without any trouble, unlike as warned by international media.
Days ago, Reuters wrote that Haradinaj could be arrested during trips abroad, even though he holds the post of chief executive, if Serbia does not withdraw the warrant against him for sending him to Interpol.
Prime Minister Avni Arifi's cabinet chief has published a photo from Belgium in his Facebook account, through which he has confirmed Haradinaj's arrival in Brussels.
Kosovo's “state will be an EU state. This process is unstoppable as late as” has written Arifi in the legend of the photograph published on the social network Thursday afternoon.
On Wednesday evening, Government spokesman Arber Vladhiu has indicated the Kosovo prime minister's agenda during his stay in Brussels.
He has said that at Haradinaj's meetings in Brussels, the implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (MSA) will be discussed mainly.
Asked whether the demarcation issue will be discussed, during meetings Haradinaj will hold in Brussels, Vladhiu has said she is not on the prime minister's agenda.
The demarcation issue is not part of the agenda, except the fact that the demarcation issue can be discussed within the bilateral meetings that will take place during Friday day with the prime minister and senior European officials in the EU”, Vladhiu has said.
