PDK accuses the EU of holding AAK's arm

The PDK branch in Kline through a statement has demanded clarification from the EU for their role in the run-off round.

“Based on the official communiqué of the AAK branch in Cline, published on the social facebook network, AAK branch in Cline, about the visit of representatives of the European Union to the AAK branch on 13 November 2017, shows that EU representatives are in support of AAK's candidate for Chairman Zenun Elezaj<18x1>, the PDK statement reported.

The PDK has requested clarifications from the EU office in Kosovo about their position in these elections and about this AAK communiqué, since they have been envisioned in it and whether the statements stated in the AAK communiqué are true.

“Is their mission only observers or supporters of one or other mayoral candidate in Kline? ”, further said in the statement

According to the statement, on the basis of the AAK branch statement, it turns out EU representatives Toril Lund from Norway and Antonio Villages from Estonia support the AAK candidate.

We want to remind the EU mission that those in this process are just monitoring, monitoring the electoral campaign and voting process. So we ask EU officials to clarify this case”, it says in the statement.

According to the PDK, these EU officials have met twice with the mayor and PDK candidate Sokol Basota, and have shown that their role is only as observers.

But according to the AAK communiqué, they have publicly claimed to support the AAK candidate.

The PDK branch in Kline claims there are very good reports with EU representatives and has welcomed their role in the election process.
