Education Minister Shyqi Bytyqi, although on duty, has not yet attended either of the Commission's education meetings, even though he was invited by its members.
Bytyqi did not want to comment on KTV, but ministry officials said over the phone that the minister was in Geneva, where he had visited an International Institute for Technology.
The head of this commission, Ismail Kurteshi, has said that the same reasoning was given by the minister when he refused the invitation.
Education acquaintances don't reason with anything Minister Bytyqi's participation in any of the commission's meetings.
Youth Qehaja has said that the important issue that needs to be discussed is the downloaded board of the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation without any warning. The Commission is expected to invite Bytyqi back on November 7th.
