So Limaj also has an indictment

Fatmir Limaj has again been declared innocent Friday after a court process -- nearly eight years old -- of crime and corruption. They were also found innocent of war crimes charges by an international court. Meanwhile, the deputy prime minister has also remained with an indictment filed by the Special Prosecutor for War Crimes. In October of the year [...]
In October last year, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor has filed charges against Parliament deputy Fatmir Limaj at the time, under suspicion that he has committed war crimes against the civilian population.
Fatmir Limaj, former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army -- currently Kosovo deputy prime minister and party chairman Initiative for Kosovo -- was declared innocent of the International Criminal Tribunal for Crimes in the former Yugoslavia in 2007.
In spite of that, the prosecution filed charges against him in the case of two civilians killed in the war: Ramiz Hoxha from the village of Bellanica and Selman Binishi from the village of Bana from the municipality of Malisheva.
Prosecution Act says Fatmir Limaj as member The NLA and the commander of the 121 Brigade have not taken reasonable and necessary measures within its competencies to prevent or stop the killing of Ramiz Hoxha and Selman Binish.
Following the proclamation of this indictment at the time, Limaj had said that he was investigated twice before, by UNMIK and once by The Hague Tribunal. In both cases, he said, in the absence of evidence, these investigations have been closed, the Express newspaper writes.
The prosecution's argument regarding the case was that the murders of two civilians occurred on the territory the prosecution claimed at the time was the territory of the KLA's 121nd Brigade.
Ramiz Hoxha and Selman Binish were executed at the entrance of the village of Kravasari. The letter, which bears the name of the KLA and starts with the “in the name of the people, proclaims this execution page”, has declared the nation's traitor Ramiz Hoxha.
“...the defendant Fatmir Limaj has seen the victims' bodies and has known about the crime committed, but has consciously not taken action towards uncovering the perpetrators of this crime and the case has never reported to competent bodies for investigation and prosecution.”, said in the indictment set up in October 2016. For this charge, only the initial reading session has been held until now in January of this year.
In February 2003, Fatmir Limaj was arrested in Slovenia at the order of the International War Crimes Tribunal. With them Limaj faced three years and was finally acquitted of the criminal offence he was charged with war crimes during 1998/99.
Ten years later, another indictment was filed with Limaj by EULEX for war crimes, including extending the order for the murder of two captured Serb police officers in the village of Klecka.
For this case, in May of this year, the Supreme Court of Kosovo cleared Limaj of war crimes charges.
