Why is everyone leaving Top Channel?

Once working on Top Channel television was the biggest career achievement for a new journalist or even for those with experience in this profession. This ambition was certainly understandable as Top Channel was a giant media throughout Albanian space.

This is not the case today. Television that used to be coveted by all is being abandoned by popular names to the public, professional or moderators who have maintained an important burden in its programming. The last in a series of exits from Top Channel is policy journalist Elona Mecho. For years she has reported developments from the blue headquarters, in which she will start a new job as director of the press office in the DP.

Four days ago two more evacuations were taught. It's about journalist Lira Burgija, who started working as a public advisor at a private company. Idro Seferi, Belgrade's renowned Top Channel correspondent, abandoned television, where he worked for nearly 10 years, unwilling to comment on the reasons for his resignation.

Without the echo of his escape news, Sefer appeared as a journalist on Klan television, the direct rival to Top Channel. Two weeks ago, it was also the departure of Jonida Shehu's moderator. She made the decision to leave Top Channel, after a fine of 1500 euros that television commissioned her to pay. The crash was a show with Rezarta February, during which Jonida Shehu had included a chronice for her private business, which was considered publicity by television leaders.

If we go a little further on time, on the eve of the launch of this new television season, we bring to the attention another escape from Top Channel. Andy Krasta, returned to Top Channel last year after swallowing everything he said against the leaders of this television at the time he worked for Agon Channel, will no longer appear this season on screen. He gave up the Sunday program designed to compete Tv Klan with Albanian Sunday.

It was rumored that Krasta would stay at Top Channel bringing a new program to the public, but that didn't happen. He is no longer part of the television he was abandoned several times but returned several times. The previous year was also the departure of Mentor Kiki from Top Channel. Although he had over a decade on this television, he was fired after clashes with the new information director Sokol Balla. This new TV season, Top Channel will miss one of the Vjollca sisters. The Navy that appeared every Monday at the Sports Process is already launching a new adventure in Tv Klan.

The series of evacuations over the last four years from television that used to dream of working is long, and all movement in the media has been reported in a row. Those evacuations do not explain the normality of any other sector, where people differ from one company to another naturally, for better pay, or for increased careers.

Flights from Top Channel are largely linked to Vjollca Hodge's rush to completely control the wealth her husband left behind and the growing influence of her children on television, including, of course, the groom, Ledion Licho. In this effort Vjollca Hoxha forced many of the leading television leaders, to whom she thought Prime Minister Rama had power and direct influence, thus bypassing its authority at the top of Top Media.

This sweep from the old guard gave Vjollca Hodge more power, who quickly appointed her faithful men to the vacan positions, starting with her daughters, groom, and personal driver. But all this funding within the country's largest media, brought demoturation, qualis and resentment within staff.

If you add an audience here to many of the programs and information editions, Top Channel could no longer be seen by journalists as the desired media to work. That's why evacuations are successive and maybe they won't stop yet.
